It is noteworthy that “Challenge U” was able to offer specific exercises to address the areas I thought my team needed to improve in. There was even flexibility in the unique program for individuals to identify their own expectations. Being a military organization meant we brought a lot to the table in terms of leadership expertise but it was enlightening to see the results of our action during the activities in a non-threatening environment. Pushing ourselves outside our comfort zones proved interesting as well.

I was able to meet with some of the employees that attended the Challenge U over the weekend.

I had heard WONDERFUL reviews, not only about the way the team has began to establish a trust by discovering more information about their teammates, but also by the professionalism through which the program was lead. Even the people who were most skeptical of the program seemed to take the most out of it even to the extent of writing me an emailing outside of the office environment thanking Foundation Capital Group for sending them on this event.

Hey Andi,
