Testimonials from Athletic teams:
I would like to thank you and your staff again for a great time. We have seen some significant changes in most of the player’s attitudes. On a personal level I’ve learned how to communicate better with the team and allow them to understand how important each of them is to the team.
I can’t thank you enough for all that you have done and given to Lincoln Football.

(A letter from the mother of a high school baseball team participant)
First off I just want to say thank you for the opportunity you presented to the baseball team last Friday. I can only say that ever since that day, each day Kyle has had another event to share with me with regards what they did. He really did enjoy the day. On Sunday we had some time to spend just talking. Kyle and I, and he just went on and on over things the team did. He even shared in detail his feeling over not having walked I think on a wire or rope without falling off, and then trying it again, and feeling really good about completing this walk. He talked a lot about the discussions that took place and the sharing in the group. Kyle learned a lot about his own expectations and those he has of others and they of him.
I think Kyle especially enjoyed the leadership he was able to share with his team mates and the expectations he felt from his teammates to do so. Kyle has not also felt comfortable being in charge or leading others, he has felt comfortable leading himself but when we take on the extra responsibility of others. I can see where one might feel a little insecure.
Kyle took from that whole experience not only a closer connection with his teammates, but a strong feeling that being in charge or leading has so many rewards, that outweigh the doubts. I am so appreciative that you were able to introduce such an experience to our sons, this truly will be one of those events that they will remember for the rest of their lives, and better yet perhaps share with others as they go through life.
