The "Challenge U" experiential method was new to me and while hopeful, I was unsure what the outcome would truly be. I have been exposed to the Myers-Briggs survey over my 26 years in the navy on more than one occasion and while eye opening, unless you work at the practical application it tends to remain an intellectual exercise. "Challenge U" was practical and engaging by its very nature. As a result, what you see and experience stays with you.

It is noteworthy that "Challenge U" was able t offer specific exercises to address the areas I thought my team needed to improve in. There was even enough flexibility in the unique program for individuals to identify their own expectations. Being a military organization meant we brought a lot to the table in terms of leadership expertise but it was enlightening to see the results of our action during the activities in a non-threatening environment. Pushing ourselves outside our comfort zones proved interesting as well.
