Saturday, June 17, 2017 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
On Saturday, June 17th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., join us at Challenge U for Finding Your Authentic Voice, a workshop designed to help men and women explore the true place in each of us where we “know” who we are, what we want and what is really most important at the end of the day. It is designed to support men and women as the transitions of life have us asking new and different questions about life, purpose and fulfillment. Questions like:
Am I going in the right direction or is it time to make a change?
Is there something else besides……?
Who am I when my children are gone, my career is complete…Who am I?
Where do I go from here?
The content of this workshop will support participants, through the natural instinct of the horses, to connect with their personal “voice” and how to have that “voice” be in the forefront as they move through life.
Using a variety of our master teaching horses, communication tools and the expertise of the Challenge U facilitators, Andi Burgis and Cathy Huddleston, you will move through a series of activities designed to discover and uncover your “Authentic Voice.” Content will include distinctions between the authentic and false self and how to consistently listen to the authentic self voice.
This workshop will include the discovery and recognition of energy fields as a primary tool for effective communication and relationships. Through the horses, we will teach you how to recognize and set personal boundaries without judgment.
The horses are masters at connection, communication and acceptance, and will co-create an experience with you to support your authentic voice and acting from the heart and gut. Why do we use horses in co-creation to this level of personal growth? It is because they naturally and instinctually model effective relationship and communication skills that can directly help us and our human relationships
Horses as Teachers
The horses as teachers bring the wisdom of a being who is 100% present, 100% congruent and who lives in a totally accepting and balanced state.
The horses as teachers bring to the table a true experience of non-judgment. They do not care what color our skin is, the kind of car we drive, the amount of money in our bank account, or the choices we have made in our past. They give us feedback from this state of non-judgment. Humans are not able to provide feedback in this way. This is significant in the value the horses bring!
Spend the afternoon with us at Challenge U, and you can expect the following outcomes:
Tap into the heart and intuition (gut) as primary source of information for living a truly successful life;
Develop a “knowing” that comes through the heart rather than the intellect;
Have the courage to know, act and speak honestly from your truth and values;
Develop a deeper level of self understanding and acceptance.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Andi and Cathy are the most knowledgeable and professional people I have encountered in all my workshops, yet still available for one on one… I have reached my power inside again through the horse facilitators in a way I’d never thought possible. Thank you, Challenge U, for this glorious opportunity!
